Meclizine Hydrochloride 50 mg SR

• Prevention and treatment of nausea, vomiting, and dizziness
• Motion sickness
• Vertigo (e.g., due to inner ear conditions like Ménière’s disease or vestibular neuritis)

 Folic Acid 5 mg

• Treatment and prevention of folate deficiency
• Prevention of birth defects (especially neural tube defects in pregnancy)
• Support for anemia, especially megaloblastic anemia
• Also used in patients on long-term anti-seizure medications or with conditions like celiac disease or alcoholism
